These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 9777 bdt platform and all services operating under it. 2.2 Single Account Ownership

Each person may operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled and any funds or bonuses held in those accounts may be forfeited. Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method falls under the same rule.

2.3 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your login details, password, and OTP confidential. The authority will never ask for your password or OTP by phone or message. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the 9777 bdt support team immediately.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

The authority may request a national ID card, passport, or other documents at any time to verify a user's identity. If verification is not completed within the specified period, deposits or withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.

4.1 Deposits

4.3 Reasons for Withdrawal Holds

If unusual activity or a suspected breach of rules is detected on an account, withdrawals may be suspended until verification is completed. Withdrawals may also be held if the wagering requirements for a bonus have not been met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

9777 bdt offers new members a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,200 bonus, making the balance ৳2,200; the wagering requirement for this bonus will be ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000. The bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

A bonus is a credit facility — it is not direct cash and its value cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. The wagering requirement for a bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. If wagering is not completed within the specified time after receiving the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Cashback

The 9777 bdt VIP programme has three levels: Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 1.2% weekly cashback. Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week. For example, if a Silver member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160.

5.4 Other Promotional Offers

From time to time, 9777 bdt may launch various promotional offers. Each offer will have its own specific terms, which will be detailed on the relevant offer page. The authority reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.

6.1 Bet Placement Terms

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the authority itself does so for a technical or administrative reason. The odds or amount displayed at the time of placing the bet will be considered final. In the event of a disconnection or any technical error, the authority's decision will be considered final.

6.2 Slots and Casino Games

The slots and live casino games available on 9777 bdt are operated by third-party software providers. The RTP (Return to Player) information for each game can be found in that game's description. Game outcomes are determined entirely by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.3 Sports Betting

Bets on cricket, football, and any other sport will be settled according to the applicable rules. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with the authority's standard policy. 8.1 Suspension by the Authority

The authority reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, without prior notice, particularly if a breach of rules is suspected. All account activity may be suspended during an investigation.

8.2 Closure by the User

If a user wishes to close their own account, they must contact the 9777 bdt support team. Any pending withdrawal requests will be settled before the account is closed; however, if the wagering requirement for a bonus has not been met, that bonus portion will not be refunded.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

In accordance with the Responsible Gaming Policy, any user may apply to exclude themselves from the platform for a set period or permanently. This option is available through the support team.
